Beautiful little cabana set high in the hills of San Jose del Pacífico. The view was easily the best part, and the family who runs the place are really sweet. The rooms are simple but comfortable and there’s a little kitchen for cooking. Can’t wait to come back some day!

Amazing place ! I was warmly greeted by Jaime, him and his family are from San Jose and own different businesses in town. The view is spectacular, to say the least ! The rooms are spacious and simple, only downside is that you clearly hear your neighbors when any conversation is going. B Nice hot water to shower, drinking water. I also got offered a coffee by Jaime and his family…. Wonderful hosts and people. Highly recommend

Feels like home... This hostel is just perfect location in San José. Next to the other accommodations in the city, this one deserves 5 stars. It is still only a hostel but a perfect one. The views, cute kitchen house, clean and comfortable beds, warm draps, hot shower and the most important, owners with big, warm hearts. Enjoy the magical moments there, enjoy no Wi-Fi connection because believe me, is a plus there. Try to see the moon set early in the morning!!

The best choice for your stay in this beautiful mountains. Clean and new rooms, hot water, access to kitchen with a magical view of the town, no internet at the moment but truly not needed since you are captivated by its natural beauty. No extra fees for toilet paper or access to Kitchen. Very safe area with a family feel to it. They don't have a direct parking but you can just park down the stairs. And if you get lucky the Abuelita of 86 years old might invite you to her kitchen for some delicious coffee :)

One of the best places in San Jose. From the big terrace, one can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, overlooking the mountains and the small village of San Jose. 5 minutes walk away from the centre, and yet so peaceful and tranquil. The place is kept very clean. Very good wifi connection. Hot shower. Very comfy bed with many blankets. A spacious bedroom. The kitchen is down from the terrace, so its very silent in the bedrooms. Franscesco the owner, is such a kind and humble person. I travel alone. I felt very safe and so much at home. Would definitely stay at this place if I come back to San Jose!
